Breaking The Mold - Stunning Case Of Overcoming Obesity

The hard facts of being overweight is that there are no secrets, magic...
It is very difficult looking back on my life and the sacrifices I made because I was obese. To mention a few, I would never go to the beach or even swimming pool for fear of having to expose my weight. It felt to me like everyone was always pointing and laughing. The lack of self confidence was horrible and should not be a burden that anyone should have to bear. It was easy for me to blame society and to say that people are cruel but I know that the cruelest person was myself and the way I thought, felt, and acted. It took an act of God for me to approach an attractive girl or even try and make friends with people. This was no way to live.
I got tiered of this lifestyle and made a commitment to go to the gym and eat right. This is what every fitness guru constantly repeats claiming that they have a miracle cure. These people plague the overweight population and promise not real results. Then again anyone you know qualified or not can tell you these are the answers. For almost a year I continued a life of sacrifice, this time the sacrifice was my old vices. I lost a few pounds and felt a little better, tired mostly though. In the end the results were coming up so short I gave up. When your spending 2 hours a day in the gym for a year, not eating your favorite foods, and you loose 8 pounds, is that worth it. I was ready to go back to my old habits. I feel that anyone would at least consider it after what I had been through.
Well you know that old saying, "When God closes a door, he opens a window." I would have never believed that to be true if it were not for this situation. At the time I was working out at a chain gym in Charlotte, NC which had a professional fitness program. I hired a personal trainer for 12 sessions for $600. I got a few great workouts but James Brooks my instructor knew that I would need a guide after my 12 sessions were up. Around the 10 visit with James he switched me on to what he referred to as a high intensity precision workout program. I thought great another program that will not work. Well I was wrong. I know this is the transition you have expected in the story and are questioning my motive here so instead of going over the top with my review I will just state the facts. In college (2000-2004) I weighed 309 pounds at 6'. My waistline was 42in. I started working out after college 2005 and managed to get down to just over 300lbs. I lifted weights, played sports, and worked out on a stationary bicycle for 1-2 hours a day.
I currently work out for 30-45min a day, weigh 205lbs., have a waistline of 34in. at 6'. I have more confidence in myself, I feel better, and look better than I ever have. http://www.therapidweightlossprogram.com
